Brett opened up our team retreat with an unbelievable 45 minute ice breaker that our team enjoyed thoroughly. With remote work being so present in our business, many people were meeting each other for the 1st time. Brett’s session kicked us off in high gear, and allowed us to all let our guards down and really get to know each other in a playful way. This carried on throughout our whole retreat!

Brett led our recent professional development day with 50 staff members, and it was exceptional. Her genuine desire to help us build a stronger team was evident, and her insights were invaluable. Brett’s infectious energy and positivity encouraged even the most reserved members to participate actively. She truly is a catalyst for positive change. We highly recommend Brett to any team looking to enhance collaboration and strengthen bonds.

Our team had a great time at Brett’s workshop and have been raving about it ever since. It was such a fun way to learn more about how we can work together and a great way to bond as well. Brett’s welcoming, energetic personality put everyone at ease. We were laughing so hard that others in the building came to check out what we were doing.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Brett for a few events now and each one leaves me laughing more with sore cheeks from smiling. Incredible how a room of strangers becomes friends after our activities. Brett has an incredible ability to bring out the fun in people and create a safe space for everyone in the room.

AGMs can be quite dry, and every nonprofit leader knows how challenging it can be to make an event fun and engaging. Brett brought our attendees together, filled the room with laughter, and really set the tone for the rest of the event.
